Go-To Breakfast

My FAVORITE breakfast food that I've learned to make this year is my fancy egg sandwich. I always thought eggs sunny side up were nasty and slimy, until I put one on this sandwich. It's a toasted English muffin with the egg, cheese, green chilies, and a tomato slice. I have also discovered I'm addicted to tomatoes. Life is good. But green chilies are better.
